Odile Deqc’s architectural and multi-awarded masterpiece building of 30 floors, includes impeccably designed private residences, a gym, roof garden, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, restaurant, parking, unique amenities for all its residents, and above all, stunning views of the sea, the mountains of Montserrat and of the Catalan capital.

Kommigraphic’s team was selected to design & implement Antares Barcelona’s website, as the building is now fully developed and ready to be sold.

The goal of the design was to highlight the quality of such a building, as well as the overall sense of relaxation, security, and luxury it exudes, for a very niche and demanding audience that has very little available time and a huge need for investment.

Therefore, the design had to follow the content and highlight in the best way all residencies, the materials, as well as their technical information in the most direct, understandable, and attractive way.

The team has designed the website based on the following pillars:

Contemporary, Emotional, Signature, Timeless

The borderless aesthetics alongside the large spaces of the design, create references to the large and comfortable spaces of the residences (open plan) and the endless view that each floor easily offers to its future owner.

As for the red color, it is the architect’s favorite color and the building’s trademark. It is used as the main corporate color throughout the website, highlighting key points of the navigation, while subtly conveying the identity of the building itself when seen as a whole.

The SERIF typography completes the identity of Antares Barcelona by creating focal points for the different sections of the pages. The typographic perfection in all points with attention to detail respects the readers and urges them to read, while the large photographs invite the visitor to experience online the ultimate experience of relaxation and luxury.

Great attention was given to the design performance of the result lists when searching for a residence, with specific characteristics. It was necessary to create a correct User Experience and correct information architecture both on desktop and mobile devices, thus enabling the visitor to navigate easily and with fast, understandable results even on the go.
