Columbia Group operates internationally across the maritime, logistics, energy, and leisure sectors, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. With a strong focus on technology, professional development, and collaboration, it provides integrated ship management services, technical support, and crew training.
The primary objective of the redesign was to present the Group in a contemporary manner, enabling intuitive navigation and effortless discovery of its services. At the same time, the new website aims to attract new clients, partners, and individuals interested in training or pursuing a career within the company, by combining functionality, aesthetics, and strategic communication.
The website architecture was carefully planned, taking into account the complexity of the information structure, to ensure users have clear, immediate, and seamless access to all content.
The layout introduces a fresh approach within the sector, maintaining a balanced blend of timelessness and modern aesthetics to ensure clarity and appeal for new clients and partners. The design approach is clean, contemporary, and minimalist, highlighting the company’s reliability and dynamism while preserving the complexity of its operations.
The color palette, inspired by Columbia Group’s corporate identity, was infused dynamically, bringing freshness and a modern character, while also highlighting the Group’s innovation and vision.
Motion was used subtly, both in the main gradients and across different sections, adding liveliness and a sense of flow without overwhelming the user with information. Every element has been designed with full flexibility across all devices, with meticulous attention to every detail of the responsive experience.
