As a Senior Brand Designer, you’ll be at the heart of transforming strategic brand stories into captivating visual identity systems that resonate across various mediums.
- Strategy: Dive deep into the strategic process to ensure our designs align with clients’ goals.
- Insight: Build a robust understanding of briefs and client objectives to drive impactful designs.
- Spark: Bring fresh, energetic ideas that push boundaries and go beyond the obvious.
- Emotional Connection: Explore innovative ways to bring strategies to life, forging strong emotional connections with audiences.
- Collaboration: Directly collaborate with third-party creatives (illustrators, copywriters, animators, etc.) to elevate our projects.
- Team Synergy: Work with our design team to expand and lead ideas across motion graphics, animations, interactive content, and brand assets.
- Feedback Integration: Embrace feedback to refine initial concepts into flexible and comprehensive design systems.
- Collaborate with various disciplines to solve problems through stunning visuals
- Effectively present ideas and design rationale to internal teams and clients
- Conceptualise the big picture, but pay serious attention to detail
- Ability to develop creative concepts
- Keen on Design Systems, Brand Identities and Packaging design
- Work seamlessly with the Design & Creative Director
- Detail-oriented and creatively / strategically driven, possessing strong time management / organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting the rest of the creative team throughout the execution of projects
- Review and deliver print-ready documents for production
- 6+ years of Branding design experience
- Extensive design portfolio – (digital design is a plus)
- Deep understanding of branding and marketing
- A keen interest in modern and cutting-edge printing technologies
- Excellent understanding of typography
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Managing and directing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to see projects through from inception to production
- Ability to produce high-quality work, regardless of project size
- Ability to work in a team effectively and with tight deadlines
- Working for a variety of national & international projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Big egos need not apply
- Able to take a project from start to finish with minimum supervision
