WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED AND PASSIONATE PROJECT MANAGER WHO WILL TAKE ON THE MANAGEMENT OF KEY CLIENT PROJECTS WITH THE GOAL OF DELIVERING EVERY PROJECT ON TIME, WITHIN BUDGET, AND WITHIN SCOPE. YOU WILL LIAISE BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL INTERNAL TEAMS TO ENSURE THE TIMELY AND SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY OF EACH PROJECT ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER NEEDS.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant departments and ensuring quality
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and allocated budget
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and the company
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients & third parties
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, when needed
- Attend client & project meetings
- Create & Communicate Financial Proposals to clients
- Participates in supporting the continuous improvement process regarding internal procedures within the Marketing department
- Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of marketing/ management
- Proven working experience in project management in the creative industry and at least 4 years of experience
- Solid management background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in creative projects (web/ print/ digital)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Decision Making & Teamwork skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (GR & ENG)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Photoshop & Adobe Suite is a bonus)
- Knowledge of digital community management could be an asset
BA/BS degree or equivalent/ MSc/MA will be considered an asset
