As our Logo Designer, you will focus on crafting distinctive and effective logo designs as core elements of brand identities. Working closely with the branding and visual design teams, you’ll translate strategy and storytelling into unique symbols, marks, and typographic logos. You’re someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment and consistently elevates design quality and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with brand strategists and designers to understand project objectives, user profiles, and market context.
- Interpret briefs creatively and conceptually to generate original logo design directions.
- Produce multiple logo options with variations in form, typography, and colour exploration.
- Develop flexible logo systems that can scale across digital, print, motion, packaging, signage, and environmental applications.
- Create detailed logo guidelines, usage specs, and assets for internal teams and clients.
- Present design concepts and articulate the rationale behind logo decisions to internal teams and clients.
- Participate in design critiques, incorporate feedback, and refine deliverables through iterative design.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in branding, typography, visual identity, and logo design best practices.
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (6+ years) specifically in logo design and brand identity development.
- Extensive portfolio demonstrating strong logo work, conceptual thinking, and execution quality.
- Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, symbol design, composition, and colour theory.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategy and user-centred thinking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to articulate design choices clearly.
- A collaborative mindset with attention to detail and visual quality.
- Creative and analytical thinker with a passion for brand identity design.
- Highly organised and able to manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent visual sensibility and practical approach to design problem solving.
