WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED AND PASSIONATE SENIOR BRAND DESIGNER / DESIGN DIRECTOR /  WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF EXPERTISE TO DELIVER STUNNING BRANDING CONCEPTS, TO MEET CLIENT BRIEFS AND EXPECTATIONS AS WELL AS THE COMPANY’S VISION & MENTALITY.

You’ll be at the helm of creative projects, orchestrating visual elements to convey compelling messages and captivate audiences. Your role is multifaceted, blending artistic vision with strategic thinking to bring ideas to life across various mediums, from digital platforms to print media.

 


As our Design Director, you’ll be at the helm of our creative teams, guiding them in conceptualizing and defining the exceptional work we produce. From concept to functionality, your leadership will inspire visual designers to innovate beyond traditional boundaries and elevate brand experiences.  You’ll help in enhancing our clients’ brands and create groundbreaking experiences.


  • Lead and inspire visual designers to expand on brand guidelines, prioritizing innovation.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their brand objectives, target audience, and design requirements.
  • Strategic thinking to bring ideas to life across various mediums, from digital platforms to print media in collaboration with the design department.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and briefs.
  • Create and manage a company’s visual brand identity/ Design system.
  • Create visually stunning and effective design assets, such as packaging, print collateral, digital graphics, social media visuals, and website elements.
  • Manage, mentor, support, and collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and media, maintaining the identity of brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Design & test graphics across various media.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our work.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and refining designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work within budget constraints.
  • Create/ produce detailed brand manuals and guidelines.

 


  • Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) working as a branding designer or in a similar role, preferably in an agency or design agency environment
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative thinking and execution excellence across a variety of mediums (print, digital)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding projects, demonstrating expertise in logo design, typography, colour theory, and brand application.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, composition, and typography.
  • Solid understanding of branding strategies, market trends, and consumer behaviour.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team, taking and providing constructive feedback.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
